BIOGRAPHY

Invicta Projects Ltd was formed in December 2018.

​

Chris - Director - A carpenter by trade. He has extensive building knowledge having worked for over two decades in the building trade. Previously a sole trader, TA Randall-Boyd Carpentry, where he won a Civic Award for the refurbishment of the Tunbridge Wells Hotel in the Pantiles in 2013. He formed Invicta Projects Ltd in 2018. Winning a further Civic Award for the refurbishment of the Band Stand in the Pantiles in 2021. Since forming Invicta Projects Ltd Chris has taken on more of a Project Management role, where he is excelling. He has a hand picked group of highly skilled sub-contractors that he works closely with. He has good rapport with Building Control and all other areas necessary to ensure a smooth running project. He is always thinking multiple steps ahead to ensure a project stays on target, running to time and budget, avoiding unnecessary and sometimes costly delays. Chris ensures the day to day running of the business is as smooth and productive as possible.

Jo - Company Secretary - Has a former career as a Legal Secretary and has carried that precision and clarity of thought into her work with Invicta Projects. As the Company Secretary, Jo ensures the financial side of the business runs smoothly and the communicative part of the company keeps an inclusive and  involving atmosphere with our highly valued customers.
